Capability Scope

What we deliver on contract packages

Contracting rarely fails on the main item — it fails on the eight support items nobody priced properly. Our scope is built to cover the whole package.

Tender participation & bid preparation

Bid identification, pre-qualification packs, technical write-ups and commercial schedules prepared to the tender's own evaluation format.

Civil procurement & material supply

Bulk civil materials — cement, aggregates, reinforcement steel, bricks, blocks, pipes and fittings — procured from vetted sources with test documentation.

Electrical & lighting packages

Cables, conduits, distribution boards, switchgear and luminaires supplied to approved brands and schedules with datasheets and origin records.

Mechanical, plumbing & HVAC supply

Pumps, tanks, valves, PVC/HDPE pipework, ducting, diffusers and water treatment ancillaries bundled as one supply package.

BoQ pricing & cost engineering

Line-by-line rate build-up, quantity verification and price schedules that hold up under committee scrutiny and remain transparent if scope changes.

Site logistics & staged delivery

Delivery phasing matched to construction programmes, with site-level coordination, unloading plans and material reconciliation records.

Subcontractor & vendor mobilisation

Vetted specialist subcontractors and vendors coordinated under our purchase order so the client retains one accountable interface.

Installation & commissioning support

Supervision, installation support and stage-wise testing for supplied packages, with commissioning documentation at handover.

Tender Lifecycle

Six phases from notice to handover

Every tender and contract package follows this sequence, so the client always knows which phase is active and what the next deliverable is.

Phase 01

Opportunity review

We assess the tender notice, evaluation criteria, qualification requirements and delivery programme — and confirm the goods fall inside our non-hazardous policy before committing.

Phase 02

Documentation assembly

Trade licence, registration papers, tax and VAT documents, experience statements, product datasheets and source authorisation are compiled into the required submission format.

Phase 03

Technical & commercial pricing

Quantities are verified, supplier quotes secured and rates built up transparently with freight, duty and contingency visible to the client where required.

Phase 04

Bid submission & clarification

Submission is tracked against the deadline; clarification requests from the evaluation committee are answered promptly with supporting documentation.

Phase 05

Award, mobilisation & supply

On award we mobilise procurement, confirm lead times in writing, coordinate site deliveries and maintain inspection and reconciliation records.

Phase 06

Handover & warranty support

Materials and systems are handed over with completion documentation, test records and a defined warranty and support channel.

Performance Standards

Commitments we are prepared to be measured against

Lead-time discipline

Written lead times with early escalation if a supplier or clearance event threatens the programme.

Documented variation

Any scope change is priced and approved in writing before it is executed — no retrospective claims.

Material traceability

Batch references, invoices and delivery challans mapped to each package line for reconciliation.

Practical reporting

Site-level status updates in the client's format — quantities delivered, pending items and next deliveries.
